Job Title: Student Intern - Division of Law
Job Responsibilities:
- Interns will be assigned to a specific section within the Division of Law, allowing them to specialize in areas such as education law, civil rights litigation, complex financial transactions, or child protection proceedings.
- Perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including conducting legal research and writing.
- Attend court proceedings, client meetings, depositions, and other legal events to observe and learn from the state's civil attorneys.
- Participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year, enhancing their understanding and skills in legal practice.
