A law firm seeks a skilled Health Care Transactional Associate Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated attorney with significant experience in healthcare transactions to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support in healthcare transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to healthcare transactions.
  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance and legal requirements specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic advice on complex transactions.
  • Stay abreast of evolving healthcare laws and industry trends to provide informed legal guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare transactional law, including work with mergers, acquisitions, and private equity.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare issues and a strong regulatory background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in legal research and analysis.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and creatively to meet client needs.
  • Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the CA Bar is required.
