Handle trademark prosecution matters
Manage international trademark portfolios
Execute soft enforcement of trademark and other IP rights
Address domain name enforcement and disputes
Provide trademark clearance and brand availability counseling
Prepare and file UDRP complaints
Draft and negotiate IP licensing agreements and related transactions
Represent domestic and international clients in IP matters with global reach
2–4 years of legal experience
Strong communication and analytical abilities
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Substantive intellectual property experience preferred
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Tennessee Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
In-depth understanding of . and international trademark law
Excellent legal research and writing skills
