Job Title: Real Estate Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions. The key responsibilities include:
- Managing acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
- Overseeing real estate finance transactions.
- Structuring and negotiating joint ventures.
- Supporting development projects.
- Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents with superior skills.
- Taking on significant project responsibility with diligence and attention to detail.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating in a team-oriented setting, being proactive and supportive of colleagues.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Real Estate Associate position should meet the following criteria:
- Possess 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Have experience in large law firms, which is preferred.
- Hold a strong academic background, with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Demonstrate superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Be capable of taking on significant project responsibility.

Salary Information:
The expected pay range for the Real Estate Associate position is $245,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on factors such as experience, location, and other job-related considerations. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
