Job Summary:

Base: $200-$225k plus bonuses. This is not a 60+ or 50+ hour a week job. Candidate will be expected to work 40 hours a week and no more. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal injury law, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Manage cases in litigation


• Legal Research & Documentation: Conduct thorough legal research, prepare case filings, and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.


• Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.


• Negotiation: Work with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to negotiate settlements that reflect the full value of the claim.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in California


• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law (candidates with more experience are highly encouraged to apply).
