Job Title: Commercial Finance Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the due diligence process for lending transactions, ensuring thorough examination and analysis of all relevant information.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation related to sophisticated lending transactions, focusing on real estate, commercial, securities, and asset-backed loans.
- Manage the closing of lending transactions, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met and that the process is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to support the successful execution of lending transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting lending transactions and ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate should possess 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills are required to effectively draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing of sophisticated lending transactions is essential.
- Familiarity with real estate, commercial, securities, and/or asset-backed loans is highly desirable.

Salary Information:
- This is a full-time, partnership-track position.
- The position is eligible to participate in the law firm’s benefit plans, including a 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution.
- The position is also eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
- The annual base salary range for this position is expected to be $216,000-$255,000, depending on experience.
