Duties:

Conduct patent prosecution and portfolio management on a global scale.
Provide expertise in freedom to operate and patent clearance matters.
Handle licensing agreements and other technology transactions.
Perform due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior organizational skills.

Requirements:

8-14 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
Registration with the USPTO.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent academic record.
Proficient writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
Superior judgment in legal matters.
Active Bar license in WI.
