Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Las Vegas, NV, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven attorney with a background in personal injury law. This position involves managing a full caseload of accident-related matters from initial client consultation through resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong advocacy skills, an ability to handle time-sensitive deadlines, and a dedication to securing optimal outcomes for injured clients.

Duties:

• Oversee a docket of personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement

• Prepare and revise pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance representatives and opposing counsel

• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, medical providers, and firm staff

• Organize, maintain, and update case files by internal protocols

• Collaborate with the firm’s legal team to develop case strategies and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada, in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury matters

• Familiarity with Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct and statutory frameworks (NRPC/NRS)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities

• Proven ability to negotiate settlements efficiently and effectively

• Strong organizational and case management abilities

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada
