Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's legal entity information database, with a focus on tax attributes.
- Lead teams and oversee client accounts, emphasizing strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
- Assure project success and uphold exceptional standards by motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality work.
- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations and implement technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies in tax advisory services.
- Develop new skills outside of the comfort zone and act to resolve issues preventing effective team collaboration.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals to build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet the company's or client's expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study is also required.
- Master of Laws in Taxation is preferred.
- Experience with private equity ownership structures.
- Knowledge of . tax concepts and classifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in automation and digitization.
- Experience in building and utilizing client relationships.
- Experience in supervising teams for tax compliance.
- Experience in coaching staff with meaningful feedback.
- Experience in developing new relationships and selling services.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, with individuals potentially eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additional Information:
The role involves up to 20% travel requirements, and the position is available in various locations, including US-Hybrid, CT-Stamford, IL-Chicago, DC-Washington, MA-Boston, NY-New York, NJ-Florham Park, TX-Dallas, CA-San Francisco, CA-Silicon Valley, and TX-Houston.
