Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and provide fiduciary advice for various types of Wealth trust accounts
- Manage portfolio of accounts with varying levels of complexity and asset size
- Partner with client teams to drive new business identification and onboarding
- Meet or exceed client service standards by working with internal partners and external advisors to meet clients' goals and objectives
- Ensure trust administrative duties are completed efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate annual administrative reviews and tax matters for assigned accounts
- Escalate matters to appropriate internal parties as needed
- Conform to company policies, applicable laws, and terms of underlying documents
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in Fiduciary Services/Private Wealth/Institutional Investment Management industry
- 5+ years experience in Trust Administration
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary, and tax laws
- Strong analytical skills and legal document interpretation skills
- Knowledge of banking and trust systems
- Intermediate or advanced PC skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, Fiduciary Administration, or related field
- Advanced degree or certification (JD, MBA, CFP, CPA, CTFA)
- Experience with Trust Financial Software

**Members Only** is seeking a Trust Administration Advisor to join our Wealth, Brokerage and Premier Banking department. This is a remote position, preferably within our geographic region, and requires fluency in English. As a Trust Administration Advisor, you will directly administer and provide fiduciary advice for various types of Wealth trust accounts, including personal trusts, special needs trusts, investment management, custodial, and guardianship accounts. In addition, you will manage a portfolio of accounts with varying levels of complexity and asset size.
To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in the Fiduciary Services, Private Wealth, or Institutional Investment Management industry, with at least 5 years in Trust Administration. You should also have a strong understanding of estate planning, fiduciary, and tax laws, as well as analytical skills and legal document interpretation skills. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about banking and trust systems and have intermediate or advanced PC skills.
As a Trust Administration Advisor, you will partner with client teams to drive new business identification and onboarding, meet or exceed client service standards, and ensure trust administrative duties are completed efficiently and accurately. To qualify for this position, you must have a strong understanding of financial and estate planning strategies and be able to interpret legal and fiduciary documents. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients and internal partners. Additionally, you should be able to mentor and informally coach team members, serving as a brand ambassador for the group in engagements with clients and partners.
This is a full-time, regular position with a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year.
