Our Ideal Candidate:
- Currently engaged in patent preparation/prosecution work
- Has 2+ years of recent experience in patent preparation
- Has experience in wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, electrical hardware and software, computer networks, and more
- Possesses a strong academic record with a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields
- Has a growth mindset and enjoys working in an innovative culture on cutting-edge technology
Compensation and Expectations:
- Merit-based compensation with a salary range of $200,000-$260,000 (if based in Colorado)
- Generous bonus program and fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Encouraged to engage in firm committees and activities
