Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney - Junior

Job Responsibilities:
The Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney will be part of the growing Patent Prosecution practice within the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling patent prosecution tasks, including drafting and filing patent applications.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to provide high-quality patent prosecution services.
- Maintaining a high level of integrity and enthusiasm in delivering superior services.
- Serving clients with dedication and mutual respect, contributing to the collaborative culture of the law firm.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in patent law and technology sectors relevant to the role.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess:
- A degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references.
- At least one year of experience in patent prosecution.
- An advanced degree and/or prior industry experience in relevant technologies is preferred.
- Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this position is between $225,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
