Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on all matters related to FERC and other energy regulations
- Draft commercial contracts and operational agreements
- Prepare pleadings, regulatory applications, and comments/responses
- Ensure compliance with FERC Compliance Program
- Provide real-time advice on regulatory implications
- Interpret tariffs, contracts, and governing documents
- Oversee outside counsel and expert witnesses
- Manage regulatory litigation
- Coordinate with other departments and attend meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited institution
- 10 years of relevant legal experience
- Command of FERC rules, regulations, and procedures
- Experience in highly regulated energy pipeline or midstream business
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be licensed to practice law in the .
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $170,000 - $230,700/yr
