Job Title: Legal Solutions Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and sales colleagues on a global scale. The role involves working closely with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. As a senior consultative sales resource within the Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) organization, the executive will collaborate with Account Directors to identify Legal Transformation Services (LTS) targets and engage in C-level and senior management level legal transformation conversations. The key responsibilities include:

- Driving the sales cycle to expand LTS offerings and enhance revenue across broader LSS service lines such as eDiscovery, attorney review, EMS, and IG/Breach.
- Leveraging professional networks to identify new opportunities, especially in the absence of an Account Director.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's service and technology offerings to build and sustain long-lasting customer and channel partner relationships.
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Acting as the conduit between client stakeholders and the company's LTS consulting and delivery organization.
- Promoting the company's LTS practice offerings and technology products at industry workgroups, conferences, and in publications.
- Identifying and cultivating opportunities globally while collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Legal Solutions Sales Executive position should have the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales, with at least 5 years in account management or a related field demonstrating skills pertinent to Legal Transformation Services.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required, with a JD degree preferred.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Legal Solutions Sales Executive role is between $130,000 and $170,000 USD annually, with eligibility for a sales commission plan. The specific salary will be determined based on various factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview processes.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
