Duties:

• Represent injured clients in personal injury litigation, including at trial

• Independently manage a full docket of cases, from client onboarding to final disposition

• Oversee and train junior legal staff and paralegals

• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients

• Ensure compliance with case deadlines and legal procedural requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling plaintiff's personal injury matters

• Demonstrated courtroom trial experience

• Strong command of settlement strategies and negotiation techniques

• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads autonomously

• Experience providing oversight and mentorship to support staff

• Must hold an active license to practice law in Connecticut

• Energetic, client-focused, and committed to professional excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing membership with the Connecticut Bar
