A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced International Trade Attorney with a portable book of business to join its Business Group. This opportunity offers engagement with a diverse client base handling sophisticated international transactions, customs compliance, and trade regulatory matters across multiple industry sectors.

Advise and counsel clients on customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, and transfer pricing
Provide guidance on forced labor compliance, audits, and customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders
Assist clients in navigating international trade regulations and agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate international trade and compliance documentation
Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas on multidisciplinary matters
Conduct legal research related to international trade issues
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development initiatives
Minimum of 7 years of experience in customs law, trade remedies, regulatory compliance, and international transactions
Proven track record advising businesses engaged in global trade
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
Strong client-service orientation and proactive problem-solving approach
Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction
Deep knowledge of customs compliance, antidumping/countervailing duty regulations, and trade laws
Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams
