Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as companies across various industries.
- Participate in a broad spectrum of legal practices, contributing to professional growth and exploration.
- Engage in training and gain significant client contact through a variety of projects within your practice group.
- Experience the firm's community and the clients it serves, gaining a realistic view of practicing law at the law firm.
- Build social connections through participation in firm events such as happy hours, dinners, and social gatherings.
- Develop insight, relationships, and experience to prepare for a successful transition to a junior associate role.
Education and Experience Information:
- Current 2L law students (JD 2027) are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Salary Information:
- 2026 summer associate compensation will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area.
- For reference, 2025 summer associates were paid at the rate of $4,327 per week.
- Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in group medical insurance coverage.
