Job Summary:
As an Immigration Attorney at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to use your legal expertise to help individuals and families with a wide range of immigration matters. From representing clients in removal proceedings to preparing and submitting immigration applications, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their immigration goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Duties:
• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients
• Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings
• Manage workload of cases and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Conduct intake interviews with detained individuals at detention centers
• Prepare and submit diverse immigration applications, including removal defense, family-based and employment-based petitions
• Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations on changes in immigration law
• Meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations and determine necessary legal strategy
• Prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony
• Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases

Minimum Requirements:
• Master's degree in Law
• Licensed to practice law in the United States

Additional Information:
• Salary: $151, per year
