- Minimum of 1-2 years of courtroom experience in criminal defense.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing support staff.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
