Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is mandatory.
- Preferred backgrounds include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Proficient in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Ability to lead staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Skilled in developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Capable of training and managing local staff.
- Executing client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

- The role is full-time with travel requirements up to 20%.
