A respected law firm based in Southlake, TX, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its family law practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle a high-level caseload involving complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and property issues. Duties:

  • Represent clients in a range of family law matters, including litigation, mediation, and settlement negotiations

  • Draft legal documentation, such as motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies

  • Manage client consultations and maintain professional, compassionate client communication

  • Supervise junior attorneys and coordinate with legal support teams to advance case progress

  • Monitor developments in family law and contribute to internal best practices and legal initiatives

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law

  • Demonstrated courtroom and negotiation experience

  • Ability to independently manage a robust caseload

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school

Certifications:

  • State Bar of Texas license in good standing

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities

  • Proficient in case management and legal practice software

  • Client-focused approach with sensitivity to family law issues
