The EY Financial Services Organization (FSO) is seeking a Tax Senior to join their team in New York. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on highly publicized projects in a constantly evolving field. As part of a dedicated client service team, you will provide technical tax advice and planning services, build relationships with clients, and constantly develop your own knowledge and skills. This role requires a bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience, as well as progress toward a CPA certification or licensed attorney status.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and address complex domestic and international tax issues
- Provide technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide performance feedback to staff
- Constantly develop knowledge and monitor emerging trends, technologies, and practices
- Manage budgets, projects, and people

Skills and Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience
- Progress toward a CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- Experience with tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning, as well as international tax research, planning, and compliance
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
