Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Law licensure in Pennsylvania.
