**Members Only** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiduciary Team Lead to manage and lead a team of fiduciary experts in a fast-paced and efficient environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the fiduciary business segment, mitigating risk, and adhering to all compliance regulations and state laws. This position is available in 5 locations across the United States and requires fluency in English.
The Fiduciary Team Lead will have a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of fiduciary experience, with a focus on business development and relationship management. A four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Trust Administration or Law is also required.
As the Fiduciary Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and coach a team of fiduciary experts, effectively partner with Trust Advisors to develop current and future fee trust business, and participate in New Business Development activities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the fiduciary decisions and activities for a personal trust account book of business, providing technical support and training for the team, maintaining good working relationships with clients and related professionals, and staying informed of legal and industry developments.
