Job Title: Sr. Counsel, Commercial Legal, Strategic Partnerships

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, teach, and learn from a team of lawyers and legal professionals.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships and high-value deals in collaboration with business leaders.
- Innovate new types of deals to open new market routes for the company.
- Head major deals and projects that have a significant impact on the company's dynamic and fast-growing business.
- Provide problem-solving support to business partners and executives, removing roadblocks.
- Collaborate with key partners in Business Development, Strategy, and Finance.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree is required.
- Admission to any US state bar.
- A minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including at least 4 years in-house.
- Experience in drafting and legal negotiation of major deals, ideally in collaboration with C-level executives.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and closing high-visibility deals.
- Experience providing legal support to business development and/or strategic partnership teams.

Salary Information:
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $214,200—$315,000 USD.
- Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants.
