- Preference for term of internship, earliest and latest available dates, and availability for full-time (9am-6pm)
- Interest in interning in one of the Iowa offices and ranking of office preferences
- Whether seeking college credit for internship, and if so, attach a brief description of program requirements
- Required documents: cover letter explaining interest in interning for Senator Ernst, resume, unofficial transcript, two reference letters, and program requirement description (if seeking college credit)
