Job Title: Finance Manager, Global Tax Planning

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international tax planning projects, which include legal entity optimization, repatriation planning, foreign tax credit planning, cross-border funding, and holding company structures.
- Develop and execute detailed step-by-step plans for tax projects.
- Conduct tax research, modeling, and review tax attributes and legal documents while coordinating with cross-functional and global teams.
- Track global tax law changes and summarize their impact on the company's tax strategy.
- Provide technical guidance to Tax Operations on addressing tax law updates and implications.
- Support documentation of tax positions and internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Assist in accurately recording tax planning projects in tax provisions and returns.
- Provide strategic support during domestic and international tax audits.
- Gather and review information to address audit inquiries effectively and ensure compliance.
- Partner with finance and other business units to provide advice and information on tax matters.
- Work with external advisors and consultants to align the company's tax strategies with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across tax operations, business units, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of tax planning initiatives.
- Act as a proactive self-starter and team player who communicates effectively and thinks strategically to drive results.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or Juris Doctor (JD).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or in-house tax department.
- Strong familiarity with post-TCJA international tax models (., GILTI, FDII, BEAT) is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of regional tax issues, especially in Asia and Europe, is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in strategic problem-solving, tax research, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience with complex tax computations and modeling is preferred.

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and interface effectively with internal teams across tax operations, business units, and cross-functional departments.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset who can think strategically and communicate proactively.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $141, - $193, assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
