Job Responsibilities:
Summer Associates at the law firm will have the opportunity to work closely with leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as companies across various industries. The program aims to provide summer associates with a realistic view of practicing law at the firm, offering insight, relationships, and experiences that will be beneficial when transitioning into a junior associate role. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in a variety of projects within the practice group.
- Receiving ample training and significant client contact.
- Engaging with the community and the technology and life sciences clients served by the firm.
- Experiencing the firm's culture through social events, happy hours, dinners, and firm social events.
- Building professional relationships with fellow summer associates, partners, and associates.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be current 2L law students (JD 2027) interested in joining the firm as part of the 2026 Summer Program. Candidates should possess:
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:
The 2026 summer associate compensation will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area. As a reference, the 2025 summer associates were paid at the rate of $4,327 per week.
