- The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- We are looking for someone with experience in drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, such as purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary documents.

Salary and Benefits:
- The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000, with the final offer amount dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
