Job Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney - Mid to Senior Level

Job Responsibilities:
The Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney will join the national trusts and estates Private Client Services Group within the law firm. The role involves providing legal expertise and support in the area of trust and estate planning. Specific responsibilities include:

- Assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques.
- Creating and administering family offices.
- Administering, decanting, and modifying complex trusts.
- Planning with respect to business interests, art, and other special assets.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys who possess significant experience in trust and estate planning.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates applying for this position are expected to have:

- Preferably two to eight years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An . in tax is preferred but not required.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney position is $235,000 to $420,000 annually. The actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
