Responsibilities and Qualifications

Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorneys are responsible for the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, from investigation through conclusion. The role involves frequent communication with clients and administrative agencies, and may include drafting position statements, responding to agency requests for information, and representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations. Candidates for this position should have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges at both the federal and state levels, a minimum of six years of employment law experience, and an active bar license in their state of residence.
