Position Description:
The selected candidate will conduct legal research, analyze motions and other matters on calendar, prepare written recommendations, and perform related duties as assigned by the Court. They must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to conduct legal research independently, and establish and maintain effective working relationships. Applicants must also be able to manage competing priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
