Each summer associate is assigned a mentor, who will be a junior or mid-level associate. This person will be your go-to for any questions you may have about the firm, the practice of law, or just navigating your summer. Our mentors are carefully selected and trained to provide you with the support and guidance you need to make the most out of your summer experience.
Salary Information
The salary for a summer associate at Saul Ewing is competitive with other large law firms and varies by office location. Typically, our summer associates are paid on a weekly basis and receive a pro-rated salary based on the first year associate salary. Additionally, we provide a summer associate with a $5,000 stipend to assist with the cost of living during the program.
