Overview:
- Gain experience in a variety of tasks within several units
- Develop excellent writing skills and professional communication skills
- Conduct legal research and summarize Appellate and Supreme Court decisions
- Assist with processing administrative appeals and writing final agency decisions
- Work closely with the immigration unit to assist with immigration issues for the populations served by the department
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and summarize Appellate and Supreme Court decisions
- Assist with processing administrative appeals and writing final agency decisions
- Work closely with the immigration unit to assist with immigration issues for the populations served by the department
- Communicate with a variety of agencies in a professional manner
- Assist with writing Final Agency Decisions
- Network with other local, state, and federal agencies and stakeholders
