Job Title: Summer Associate Program

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a summer program designed to introduce law students to legal practice, business model, and firm culture at the law firm.
- Gain real-world law firm experience by working with experienced lawyers on complex matters for sophisticated clients.
- Complete real assignments involving active files, with no mock projects or assignments.
- Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, closings, and other external events to gain practical courtroom experience and client contact.
- Build relationships with attorneys through work assignments, mentoring programs, and events throughout the summer.
- Meet top leaders and learn about the history and future of the law firm.
- Network with associate and partner mentors who help navigate the summer associate experience and begin a career with the law firm.
- Receive ongoing feedback throughout the summer on work performance to aid in development as a practicing attorney.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be in the 2nd year of a college graduate program.
- Participation in Moot Court or Law Journal is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should be in the top half of their class.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for the Summer Associate Program is to per hour.
