- Unpaid internship opportunity with the **Members Only**
- Gain real-world experience in social work or related fields
- Provide direct and indirect services at various local and area offices
- Work closely with Legal and Legislative Affairs unit
- Conduct legal research and summarize Appellate and Supreme Court decisions
- Assist in processing administrative appeals and writing final agency decisions
- Work with immigration unit to assist with immigration issues for clients

Education Requirements:
- Must be a current college student
Disqualifications:
- Fingerprints, Outside Activity Questionnaire, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) background check, or a driving record with five points or more within the past five years
- Any driving under the influence conviction within the past five years
- Any combination of three motor vehicle violations/license suspensions within the last five years, excluding parking violations
Office: Legal Affairs
- Responsible for various tasks within several units
- Excellent writing skills and professional communication expected
- Conduct legal research and summarize court decisions
- Work closely with Administrative Hearings Unit to process administrative appeals
- Assist with writing final agency decisions
- Work with immigration unit to assist with immigration issues for clients
