In this Senior Associate role, you will be a part of the Financial Risk and Regulatory team at PwC, focusing on resolution planning. You will have the opportunity to develop and analyze formal written narratives summarizing information provided by stakeholders. You will also utilize your knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance to mentor and guide junior team members and build meaningful client relationships.

This full-time position may require up to 80% travel and is available in various locations including CA-Los Angeles, FL-Tampa, FL-Miami, NC-Charlotte, GA-Atlanta, CO-Denver, IL-Chicago, DC-Washington, MA-Boston, NY-New York, CA-San Francisco, CA-Silicon Valley, and PA-Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze formal written narratives for stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Utilize knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance to provide advice and solutions for clients
- Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work
- Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing
- Uphold professional and technical standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial risk and regulatory compliance
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in recovery or resolution planning
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions
- Proficiency in governance and regulatory submissions
- Understanding of balance sheet and liquidity management
- Proficiency in financial services products and services
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience in managing client feedback and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to build relationships with internal and client stakeholders
