# Associate Attorney at **Members Only**

**Members Only** is looking for an Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience to join their rapidly growing law practice. This full-time position provides an opportunity to learn and utilize legal skills in court and with opposing counsel. The position pays a competitive salary and attorneys can work remotely from home or a nearby office.

## Responsibilities

* Appearing for court and depositions
* Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and clients
* Conducting legal research and writing, including drafting complaints, discovery, briefs, letters, and memos
* Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals
* Reviewing and investigating legal claims
* Reporting to firm management
