Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly qualified Mid-Level Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience in complex commercial litigation, demonstrate excellent legal research and writing skills, and be ready to take on meaningful responsibility in high-stakes matters. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to case strategy, support business development initiatives, and work with a dynamic litigation team in a collaborative environment.

Duties:
Support and manage complex commercial litigation cases
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda
Take part in client meetings, court appearances, and depositions as appropriate
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
Participate in client development activities including pitches and presentations
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy
Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to take initiative and handle significant responsibilities
Willingness to contribute to marketing and client development efforts
Ability to work effectively in a team environment under time-sensitive conditions
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school
Strong academic credentials required
Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
Skills:
Exceptional research and analytical abilities
Skilled in drafting complex legal documents
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with public speaking and client-facing responsibilities
