Bilingual Attorney The candidate is responsible for providing clients with legal advice, guidance, and representation. Manages cases from inception through trial. Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, opposing counsel, the Court, and their team in order to resolve cases efficiently and effectively. Investigate claims and gather evidence. Document injuries and expenses and review medical records. Draft pleading, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements. Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients. Manage personnel, including training, coaching, hiring, and discipline. Assist with training personnel. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school- Juris Doctorate. Should be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar. Advanced computer skills required. Should preferably have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Must have proficiency in case management software. An understanding of medical treatment is desired.
