Job Title: General Liability/Product Liability Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle local and national accounts throughout California.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests, and prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel, with experience in e-filing.
- Engage in trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate time records.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of three years of experience in general liability and product liability practice areas.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in the state of California.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Ability to work independently in an organized and efficient manner.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.
Salary Information:
- Salary range is from $115,000 to $195,000 annually.
