Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the operation department, handling HR matters, supervising, and maintaining office supplies.
- Guiding an interdepartmental team to complete projects on time with accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborating with the Office Manager to assess departmental needs and goals and partnering with the Operations Director to address any operational gaps.
- Assisting in the design and maintenance of operational guides to ensure consistency.
- Maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
- Performing additional tasks or functions necessary for daily operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn software systems.

Salary Information:
The Assistant Office Manager position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually. The law firm emphasizes work-life balance, with operation hours from 8 . to 5 ., plus two Saturdays a month for certain positions.
