Job Title: International Tax and Transaction Services - Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - FY25

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in all stages of the project lifecycle, translating information from various sources into quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform and advise global clients.
- Build strategic and trusting relationships with business leaders by thinking broadly and globally, generating innovative, future-oriented solutions.
- Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits.
- Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
- Supply innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas alongside responsive services and work products.
- Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches.
- Coordinate work with other client service colleagues globally to drive collaboration.
- Identify business development transfer pricing opportunities that will bring value to clients and grow the business.
- Motivate team members to perform their best while providing mentorship and guidance, allowing them to reach their full potential.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, policy analysis, or another relevant discipline is required.
- A master's, law degree, CPA, chartered financial analyst (CFA), American Society of Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification, or certified management accountant (CMA) is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work at a fast pace, often with shifting responsibilities, is required.
- A minimum of eight years of related work experience in professional services or a professional tax organization, specifically in transfer pricing, is needed.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment is expected.

Ideally, candidates will also have:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline.
- A consistent record of excellence in a professional services environment.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $152,800 to $348,900.
- For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the base salary range is $183,300 to $396,500.
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
