Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities and make critical decisions to influence client outcomes.
- Manage and shape client engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining the firm's standards of quality and integrity.
- Provide mentorship to emerging leaders and foster a culture where technology and people excel together.
- Oversee various projects to confirm alignment with strategic goals.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is required.
- Preferred fields of study include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Skills in researching complex tax issues, reviewing US IRS tax forms, and leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Director - Global Information Reporting position is $150,000 - $438,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
