Job Title: Tax Consultant II, Transfer Pricing

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Consultant II in Transfer Pricing, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex intercompany pricing issues on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of . economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues for multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses and the industries in which they operate.
- Conducting detailed economic and financial analyses, which may involve database searches for benchmark companies and utilizing proprietary financial models.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, reports, document requests, presentations, and other client materials.

Education and Experience Information:
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting, business, or academic environment.
- BA, Master's, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 25% on average, depending on the work and clients served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Bachelor's, Master's, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master's or . preferred)
- Other: foreign equivalent of the above

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role takes into account various factors considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the position's location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,160 to $109,680.
