About the Role:
- Experienced Senior Counsel to lead legal initiatives for international public sector business
- Focus on compliance and risk mitigation for government entity clients

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate public sector customer agreements
- Manage legal engagements to align with regulatory and business needs
- Oversee compliance issues for US and international public sector requirements
- Develop and implement public sector-specific compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal policy gap analyses
- Create and deliver training on government ethics and compliance
- Work closely with commercial counsel and business units to ensure compliance with contract clauses and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal advice on security requirements for government contracts
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree and admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- 12+ years of legal experience with a focus on US public sector compliance and government contracts
- Deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as FAR and DFARS
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and providing sound legal judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active US government security clearance or eligibility
- Experience working with government entities or in similar regulatory environment within technology sector
Pay Range: $203,900—$312,600 USD
