Transactional Research Solution Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
As part of the Sales Operations Team, the Solution Consultant is tasked with developing and maintaining strong client-facing relationships with subscribers. This post-sales role involves regular interaction with a medium-large book of business to ensure consistent achievement of adoption, retention, and overall client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting general and targeted product reviews and providing specified research training for a curated list of over 200 accounts.
- Offering comprehensive customer service, which includes light technical troubleshooting, resolving product access issues, tracking events and incidents, and providing client-facing data reports.
- Identifying potential new users, new practice area opportunities, and other elements for enhanced product adoption.
- Collaborating with sister products on the **Members Only** side, including joint efforts for multi-product initiatives.
- Working closely with development teams to provide customer-centric feedback on product design and enhancements.
- Partnering with the Sales Organization on retention strategies and best practices for overall customer experience.
- Technically tracking all activities via CRM tools.
- Adopting workflow management tools such as Bookings, CoPilot, PowerAutomate, Salesforce, and proprietary workflow solutions.
- Cultivating and maintaining exemplary working relationships with the user base to support Intelligize's NPS and retention goals.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a preference for an MLS, JD, or other advanced degrees.
- Industry knowledge of securities disclosure and regulation is highly favored.
- Experience in performing simple and complex research assignments is necessary.
- Ability to speak/teach in front of groups in both live and video settings.
- Excellent verbal skills are essential, particularly the ability to identify needs and connect them to solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools including Salesforce, Tableau, PowerAutomate, and others.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Outlook, Zoom, Teams, and others.
- Comfort with and the ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as client needs dictate.
