Job Title: Manager, Contracts (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Manager within the Commercial Engines Contracts Management Organization at Company, you will be responsible for several key tasks that are crucial to the drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and management of complex proposal and contract documents for Commercial Engines & Aftermarket Services sales offerings. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Developing customer interaction skills and improving negotiation abilities while gaining international business experience.
- Participating in campaign strategy development and driving sales proposal efforts. This includes coordinating input from other organizations during the sales campaign process and drafting sales proposals to meet internal and external customer requirements, ensuring that all documents align with Company’s business and legal objectives.
- Frequently engaging in customer negotiations and traveling to customer sites as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategies, processes, procedures, and tools to achieve the objectives of the Commercial Engines Contracts organization.
- Ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures related to document preparation and approval, along with communication of department and company business objectives.
- Managing tasks that are schedule-driven and may require occasional non-core hours and/or travel.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the position of Contracts Manager, candidates must have:

- A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in contract management or a position focused on contract drafting and negotiating; OR
- An Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in contract management or a position focused on contract drafting and negotiating.
- . Citizenship is mandatory as the position may require access to systems/tools restricted to individuals who possess . citizenship.

Preferred qualifications include:

- A Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate.
- Strong document drafting and negotiation skills, alongside management skills and an understanding of aerospace business and legal issues.
- Familiarity with ACE/CORE process improvement tools.
- Good business judgment and project management skills to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Technical/engineering expertise and skills would be beneficial but are not required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Contracts Manager role is between 101,000 USD and 203,000 USD. This range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
