Contribute to patent and IP-related litigation from inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with attention to detail and legal strategy
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to complex technical matters
Assist in preparing expert reports and supporting trial teams during courtroom proceedings
Interface with clients, inventors, and technical experts to build strong factual records
Participate in depositions and pretrial preparation under the guidance of experienced litigators
1-4 years of experience in patent or intellectual property litigation
Demonstrated interest in technology-related legal matters
Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school
Admission to a . State Bar; Texas Bar admission preferred or willingness to obtain
Technical literacy in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
Familiarity with patent law principles and litigation procedures
Detail-oriented approach to legal drafting and analysis
Effective interpersonal and organizational capabilities
Comfortable navigating complex technical subject matter in a legal context
