The Family Office Design & Governance Strategist is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Family Office Solutions at **Members Only**. This role involves partnering with Private Wealth Advisors to engage clients and prospective clients in discussions related to family office operations, governance, and structure. The strategist will also lead the development and implementation of a high-end suite of services for the family office segment, oversee the **Members Only** Professional Network, publish industry-leading research, and host workshops and events for family office executives. This role requires 10-15 years of experience in a single-family office or setting up a family office, as well as experience advising UHNW clients in family office governance and wealth planning. The salary range for this role is $157,000 to $205,000, and it may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert for Private Wealth Advisors and their clients on family offices, best practices, and operations
• Lead the development and implementation of a high-end suite of services for the family office segment
• Oversee the **Members Only** Professional Network
• Publish industry-leading research
• Host workshops and events for family office executives
• Provide access to global community of leading family offices for networking
• Align offering with counterparts in Europe, APAC, and Latin America
Salary Information:
• San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta: $157,000 to $205,000
Required Expertise:
• 10-15 years of experience in a single-family office or setting up a family office
• 5+ years of relevant experience advising UHNW clients in family office governance and wealth planning
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the region
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 registered or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
• Bachelor's degree required, designations or advanced degree (CPA, JD, CFA, CFP) desired
• Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus
